We recently had the opportunity to catch up with one of our beloved customers, Kansas City’s own [J. Rieger & Co.](https://www.linkedin.com/company/jacob-rieger-%26-company/)

Why are they a customer? Check out the video for full details, but a few reasons were:

– Simplicity of the software platform  
 – Transparency  
 – Dedicated support/quick response time
