It talked about how Customers prefer choice over problem solving. When asked if you would rather have the problem solved for you with a single solution vs being presented a few choices, 58% of respondents preferred being presented a few choices. Even if it meant more time/work on their end. There are instances where the problem needs to be solved quickly with a simple, single solution. BUT this aligns with our overall philosophy as well, where it is standard operating procedure to provide multiple options to our customers (unless told otherwise).
