Is it possible that blocking and tackling can become a competitive advantage??
We constantly hear from customers that one of the things they enjoy most about using our services vs competitors is strong and timely communication.
These are permission to play behaviors at #MFW, but since we CONTINUE to hear it…maybe it is a competitive advantage?
If it applies to our industry, we imagine it applies to many others as well. Something to think about with your own customer base!
