East. West. North. South. It’s inevitable. Those paths WILL cross. Junctions, if you will. And if it weren’t for stop signs and traffic lights, nasty collisions would occur. Right? \*\* Drivers (you) must make decisions of when to proceed, and when not to, taking all factors into consideration. Every day transportation professionals are faced with intersections – the most important one being where “price” (a quote) crosses with “service value.” Make a poor decision, and – potentially – drivers don’t show up on time or equipment needs aren’t met. Then, that low price suddenly becomes an albatross around your neck. You get what you pay for, yes? Of course, making correct decisions at intersections often involves looking left, looking right, and proceeding with CAUTION.
