It means that the opposite – uncertainty 🤔 – is reduced or eliminated. Because uncertainty for a transportation professional means: 🚚  WASTE & REWORK. Having to constantly follow up on important, time-sensitive issues is costly – the unnecessary repetition eating into your organization’s ROI in you. If you’re spending valuable time on matters you shouldn’t have to, it takes longer to accomplish the truly important daily tasks. 🚚  ANXIETY. Not knowing what’s happening with critical shipments and related matters will generate stress faster than anything else. Is that what shipper’s want – more daily hand-wringing? 🚚  CUSTOMER DISSATISFACTION. Your customer relies on you to get them their stuff in a timely manner, damage-free, and as cost effectively as possible. Fail on any one of these expectations and you’re going to hear about it.
