MFW makes the wheels of transportation less squeaky. The question itself causes some concern, right? Who the heck is Waldo? Where could he be? Is he safe? Will he ever be found? Even though the popular kids show, and books it’s base on, was created to be more of an adventurous nature than a mystery, we thought it appropriate to use today to make an important point: \*\* Transportation logistics should never be an adventure OR a mystery. Why in the world should a professional like yourself ever experience that feeling of “not knowing?” Not knowing, as in … 👉  Where your valuable shipment is at this very moment – in real time 👉  When it was picked up, then delivered 👉  Any problems or issues you should be aware of 👉  Why your freight broker isn’t communicating with you regularly 👉  How the entire process works to remove guesswork and anxiety When we say that at [#mfw](https://www.linkedin.com/feed/hashtag/?keywords=mfw&highlightedUpdateUrns=urn%3Ali%3Aactivity%3A6983056289622872064) we are “Beyond the Quote,” it means that removing uncertainty for our customers is one of the many ways we show that we’re more concerned about delivering an elite customer experience than earning a commission. Living this obsession means that our shipment tracking and customer communication systems and protocols must be exceptional in every way, including constantly measuring their effectiveness. 🚛  While Waldo could be just about anywhere at any time, your shipments don’t have that luxury. Give us a call today and let us give you the certainty you deserve.
